His extensive background includes executive leadership, franchise sales and placement, profit and loss management, lead generation, process improvement, and team development. La Cour holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed professional education in strategic business leadership through the Wharton School, Agentic AI through Johns Hopkins University, and design thinking through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
